The restaurant area had a great ambience to it. Very old times! There was plenty of parking in the front, sides and back of the building. I didn’t like how you didn’t need your card to open the side and back doors. But the area seemed pleasantly safe. "

But this most recent trip, I chose this lovely inn, as all of the usual spots were either booked or were priced out of my range for the level of accommodations. And my wife and I enjoyed our time very much.. Comfortable and charming. Definitely recommend it and hope to return. The Dempsey Suite was a great choice."

"The only thing in the lobby was water. In the past there has been coffee or tea and even hot cider (packet). There was nno cocoa in the room (as in the past) and even though it was early May, the weather was chilly."

"Apparently we were assigned the handicapped access room (not requested) it was at the very end of a long hallway which is used by the staff as the laundry room (always full of carts of clean and dirty laundry, to the point it is difficult to walk; certainly would be inaccessible if you were in a wheel chair). Breakfast marginal, most foods are in wall mounted dispensers, no variety or change from day to day. Lots of parking though."
