"The lady at the check in gave me a key that was not working and the room had a do not disturb sign hanging. She did not apologize for that mistake and just said ok I will assign another room for you. Did not acknowledge her mistake and I had to go back and forth and line up again because of that mistake. It was unpleasant. I was tired and hoping to already enter my room."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were happy to give me a travel toothpaste. The room was very spacious. We also needed bedding for the sofa bed and they brought it right away. The biscuits and gravy were more favorite. The omelets were also delicious. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommend"

"Welcoming and kind staff. We requested an extra pillow and blanket and it was delivered within 5 minutes. The room was very accommodating for 6 people and very clean, well maintained, and had plenty of towels. Breakfast included was eggs, Canadian bacon, tortillas for burritos, a variety of breads to toast, fruit, cereals and oatmeal. We would stay again if we’re ever in the area."
