"No Smart tv is minus point, we had to bring bath towel from our room and its not convinient. they should prepare towels at sentou facility. Staffs were great. the location was great. "

"It’s not worth the money for people like us who don’t feel comfortable sharing public bath with others. If someone loves Onsen this is good. Although breakfast buffet was amazing, they even served Sake and other alcoholic drinks for breakfast!!! "

"Hotel is situated in the train station and shopping center. Breakfast was amazing . Probably the best . Yoga , lounge area and bar were excellent. I had the tasting meal in their main dinning room, one of the nights and portions were too small. In general all the meals apart from breakfast were too small. I order a glass of wine and it is half the size I get in Europe. Lastly ,Aomori is not pretty , if you want to go to north Japan then try Hakodate . "
