"Clean, comfortable room. Our single queen room was spacious, with two tables and chairs. The area is quiet and safe - next door is a Mercedes dealership, to give you an sense of the area. All the typical amenities - soap, shampoo, lotion, hair dryer, clothes iron. They do not provide a breakfast, which is clearly stated in the descriptions. Coffee and hot water for tea/cocoa available in the lobby. Lots of restaurants in the area. A very pleasant stay at a good price."

"Stayed one night while traveling through Billings and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained. My room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a long day on the road. The staff were friendly and efficient at check-in, and the overall property felt welcoming and well run. The location was convenient with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the interstate. As someone who spends a lot of time traveling, I appreciate hotels that simply get the basics right—clean rooms, comfortable beds, good service, and a quiet atmosphere—and Hyatt Place Billings delivered on all of those. I would happily stay here again when passing through Montana."
