The PanAm Flat - 2bed/2bath next to hospitals & Scott AFB

It is designed with all new amenities, incl wash/dry. Built for travelers, this space has a 70's airline vibe & room for a small family or 2 healthcare workers that want to share space in the Metro East. Only 3min to the new Shiloh Memorial Hospital, 17min to Belleville Memorial, & 7min to Saint E's Hospital. The Scott Air Force Base front gate is a 6 min car ride. An easy 20min drive to Busch Stadium in downtown STL.

The PanAm Flat is a 2 bd/2 ba brick house that has a Tri-plex building attached at one wall. So, we're calling it an apartment, but it is really a house with a 3-unit apartment attached next door (which are also short-term rentals).
There are 2 large bedrooms. 1 bedroom has its own bathroom inside. The 2nd bathroom has a hallway entrance.
There is a large patio space for guest use that is shared with other units. Also, the laundry facilities are attached to the house, but have an exterior entrance and are shared with one other unit.
There is a parking lot capable of holding 2 vehicles per booking.
If you have unique parking needs, let us know and we'll try to accommodate if possible.

Great location, unassuming from the outside, but perfect set up inside for our family of four plus dog. There is a big park about a mile up the road for the kids and dog to play. Very close to restaurants, Target, Dierburgs, Starbucks, etc. The inside was well-equipped with older furniture but comfy and our kids (and my hubby) loved the airplane and disco theme! Comfy beds and soft towels. The laundry room is right next door to the front door and that was very helpful!

PCS stay

Needed a place close to O'Fallon/ Scott AFB while awaiting household goods. This worked well location wise. House was well stocked, but needs a deep clean and some minor repairs. The neighborhood was quiet, but there wasn't much outdoor space for kids/dog FYI. Hosts were very responsive and helpful! Super easy check in and out.
