There are many adult entertainment venues near the hotel, and at night, people try to solicit customers on the street. My travel companion felt disturbed by this. However, the hotel's facilities themselves are quite good. Personally, I prefer bedrooms with carpeted floors, but the rooms in this hotel have wooden flooring. The hot spring is nice, although the open-air bath doesn’t offer much of a view. The rooftop pool has strange opening hours, so we didn’t get a chance to visit it. Parking at the hotel is more expensive than parking nearby, which isn't very cost-effective.

The bfast wait was not explained to us well enough so we could have adjusted accordingly.
I’d stayed in this hotel before and it was not as chaotic as this time. Could it be high season?
Staff should have been nicer in letting us know what the procedure was if there was any. Communications

I loved staying here. It was spacious and the staff were great. It’s also right next to Kokusai Dori street so everything is in walking distance. I want to shout out the staff because I missed my flight to Naha in Narita, and they stayed 3 hours after checking close to make sure I got checked into my room. They are outstanding. The wet room was great, my room has washer and dryer, and separate toilet area. Would definitely stay again and I can’t recommend them enough.
