"Hello. This is an older building but in decent repair with its age. Excusing the age of the building does not excuse cleanliness that was overlooked and should have paid more attention to. There was mold in the shower and blood yes blood on the bathroom floor. Due to severe flight delays I arrived much later than originally anticipated past 2 in the morning. I arrived to find a note on the office door saying that it locked and I must use my room key to get or ring the bell. I rang the bell. No answer three times. Thank God my Dad’s lodging fell through so when he arrived I gave the office permission for him to access my room so he was able to tell me where to go. Felt bad waking him up at that hour but I would not been able to get into the room if that weren’t the case."

"No breakfast, room walls were so thin you could hear every word from your neighbor "

"All restaurants onsite were not open! We had to order from a restaurant nearby but it really was not set up properly for room service. We had to go there to order and pickup and they were not really sure of the process for hotel guests so we just paid with a separate CC. Breakfast was essentially not available and we had to go to town to pickup breakfast as well. The heat in our room did not work for the first day and night! The hotel knew they had a situation going on but did not say anything to us in advance and the hotel was sold-out.At first they suggested a space heater but then another supervisor came on duty and told us those were not premitted - and we could understand why. It was fixed by our second night. We were told we would get a credit toward the first night but we did not?"

"The hotel charged a $10.60 parking fee but provided no service in consideration of this fee. I was not asked about the description of my vehicle or given a parking pass to place in the vehicle, presumably as a way to identify that I had paid. If the intent of this parking-fee is policy is to dissuade non-guests from parking on the hotel premises, nothing in this policy would achieve this goal. A car, whose driver paid the fee as a guest, would appear the same as the car of a non-guest who did not pay the fee. This policy appears capricious at best, and a shake-down at worst. I will be demanding a refund of the $10.60 that I paid."
