Preston Countryside Ranch

  • A large 5 bedroom 4 bath home situated in a 31 acre working ranch with 2 barns. The split level home was enlarged and updated in 1996. The area around the home is separated from the working ranch with pipe fencing and is about an acre. The ranch home has a 3 car garage with bedrooms and game room. A stair well goes to the garage. A circle drive serves the front entrance. Tranquil location but easy access on well paved roads just off Highway 289. The home has an storm shelter in the garage.

Please bag all loose trash including bottles and cans. Our property is in a rural area and so loose items won't be picked up.
No confetti or water balloons or leaving trash on the fenced lawn area. We have to spend a lot of money to clean confetti or pick up bottles/trash.
Contract required to be signed prior to stay. Please don't leave the windows or doors open. We are a farmhouse, and all kinds of critters can get in.
