Absolutely lovely place. It is a walk-up, as clearly mentioned in the description. Everything was exactly as advertised. Very clean and spacious. Host was wonderful. I would highly recommend this place.

As others have noted, this "hotel" is perfect for those looking for a place with character and a space to relax (not just a bed). When vacationing, we tend to eat out during the day, but prefer to eat a light meal at night. The full kitchen had everything we needed (including an electric kettle to easily make tea). We were also able to do a load of laundry. Way better than staying at those chain hotels. All communication is done remotely, which was easy to follow. The owner even provided abundant information for Buffalo.

Cute. Comfortable. Loved the feel of the place. Squeeky floors and all. Family all slept well after a long day of travel. Pillows were comfortable. Washer and dryer were nice perk. Large. No complaints.

This is a lovely historic building with a great ambience. We loved our stay here. If we had to be nit-picky, the only thing we didn't like was the rather creaky floorboards - but that's only to be expected in a place with a history like this has! :) Cynthia was a proactive and prompt hostess in her communications with us.

Never saw the owners but didn’t need to. I was paid in advance, was sent instructions then, was texted info about how to get in, and upon arrival went right to the room. I received a call asking if I needed bag assistance, which I didn’t need help. This place is great. If you are looking for something unique, spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet, don’t pass it up!

This was a nice cabin right downtown. Very spacious with nice bath and kitchen.The owners were wonderful when we discovered the address we had was incorrect. Would stay again if we come through town.

Wonderful . Spacious and clean. All the amenities. More a suite than a hotel room. Right on main street so you can walk anywhere in town. The owners were terrific. I would like to give them kudos by name but I have forgotten. I give them 5 stars all the way. Unfortunately with all the great reviews they will be getting we will be lucky to get a room there next time. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks.

The capitol was a nice break from the traditional hotel for our long road trip. It was nice to have a full size fridge & freezer as well as a washer/dryer on site. Owner was quick to answer questions & self-check in was easy. The suite was clean & comfortable
