"I stayed in a lovely room, perhaps a new wing ? Not sure room 136 if not new it's certainly re furbished !! It's a friendly hotel with good local.support it seems. It was a quick over night stay, breakfast was good cooked to order. The one thing that has changed so much seems to be the early closing of the public bars in hotels. After a long day or returning to the hotel after an evening out it would be nice to have a drink. There did nt seem to be an option at 10.45 on the night I stayed. I will happily stay there again."

"Parsonstown Estate was fantastic! The house and the grounds were gorgeous. Laura the host was friendly, attentive and organised, ensuring that everything was prepped and ready for our 14-person group to stay. Everything was clean and new. Could not fault it - 5 stars all the way; would highly recommend staying here!"

"The coffee machine in our room was blocked with limescale. Useless. The fan in the bathroom wasn't working. The toilet brush was missing. No air conditioning in the room. Otherwise, the bathroom and the room were very clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful."
