Although this home is next to the railroad tracks it is quiet and the train does not pass by frequently. You won't even know the tracks are there!

The rented area only extends to the pecan tree in the backyard. Please do not go past it.
This home is 15 minutes from Cleveland, TX if you need to go into town.
It is also 10 minutes away from Lake Livingston and the Trinity River if you are up for some outdoor adventure.
