Wonderful Thanksgiving getaway. Small but comfortable and cozy. Had a couple of hiccups but the owner returned our call in less than five minutes! We loved the covered porch and will definitely stay here again if we’re in this area!
Grandma and Grandpa, mom and dad, and four children all stayed comfortably in this cabin, able to come together while also having space for solitude when desired. Swimming off the dock was easy and enjoyable. All we needed for relaxing and fun together.
We decided on table rock lake for family vacation , there were 8 of us 6 adults 2 kids . House was plenty big enough for all of us , well equipped and clean other than showers need some updating. I thought the house was closer to the water from the online pictures and getting to the swimming dock was a steep walk . Close to the Marina for boat rental and beach swimming . House was a satisfying stay .
It was a nice cabin in a nice area but although it says it sleeps 10 it was kind of crowded in the living room. Seem like wasn't very spacious. You'll probably want to spend a lot of time outside as we did. We used outdoor fans and lots of bug repellent which was very helpful. We definitely thought the lake would be a little closer. The walk down to the dock was very steep and the walk to the pool was a little further than we thought. We found another area to get in the water easier to use our paddle boards. But all in all we had a good time and we enjoyed this day.

The staff was both friendly and professional. Our room was beautiful and clean, and the breakfast was delicious with many choices. We highly recommend staying here!
House was great for our family's get together. Plenty of space the be together. Was a bit disappointed that you could not see the lake from the house and the path to the dock was very steep.
Had a few issues with towels and such , but the owner was prompt with all the questions I had when I text him. It’s a steep hill to climb but overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others
With 7 adults and 2 small children, we used every inch of space in this cabin, and had everything we needed to have a great time together! We enjoyed the playground across the street, "fishing" in the lake just down the hill, hiking nearby, cooking on the Traeger, and roasting marshmallows at the fire pit.
Thank you for a fun place to stay!
Great location. The cabin is clean and well-maintained. The hot water and AC work well. The basement is very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. They have nice amenities (coffee maker, crockpot, shampoo, etc). The one negative is the door entry lock. It is almost impossible to lock/unlock if you aren’t tech savvy. An app is required to connect and then getting the app to connect to the lock is difficult. Overall, great place and would stay again.

The host was wonderful, helped with answering questions and issues regarding the app for the door lock. Issues were not their fault. Tv remotes had no batteries, had to purchase some. Cable wasn’t working, discovered it had been disconnected from tv. Queen beds felt like they were actually full size. Disappointed to discover hot tub was only seasonal and the cabin wasn’t as close to the lake as we thought it would be from pictures/description.
The cabin was a nice and quiet place to stay at after a day of walking and going to Branson. Our only concern was that there were two smoke detectors in each Bedroom and we were wondering what the purpose of that was, thinking that one had a spy camera build in for protection when the cabin is empty? One of our friends was concerned

Disliked: Communication
The cabin was nice and accommodate our crew perfectly. We were under the impression the cabin had its own hot tub and washer/dryer. This is not the case. The hot tub is at the front of the park and has no water in it and the washing machines did not work due to the water was off on all the machines. Messages host 2x and never received a response. We packed light with the anticipation of washing clothes. The walk to fish on the lake is pretty difficult. We were able to catch a few bass. Once again the cabin itself was fine. Just the pictures of it are generic pictures and may not be the cabin you receive. Some have propane fire pits and large decks. Some do not. Not getting any messages back from the host for being able to wash clothes is the biggest down side.

Celebration
We stayed at this VRBO property over the weekend and overall had a pleasant experience, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. The biggest challenge was the check-in process. The cabin number wasn't listed on the website orconfirmation details, which made finding the place frustrating. We tried contacting the homeowner multiple times but never received a response and eventually had to call VRBO support to get theinformation we needed.Additionally, the towels provided were quite worn and could definitely use an update. With a few small improvements-especially better communication and clearer check-in instructions-this could be a great stay.
Our daughter got married at Dogwood Canyon and this cabin was exactly what we needed for our family accommodations. The pellet smoker and amazing local grocery store were an added bonus for us! We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor space in our time at The Timbers! Highly recommend and we will return when we have more time to enjoy the area.

Lake time fun
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Owner of cabin was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. Will likely reserve again in the future.
Enjoyed the cabin. Had enough space for 4 adults and 2 kids. The porch was great for morning coffee. Clean, well maintained property.

It was a great place to stay! Very clean! Well stocked!
We had 9 people, 3 kids and 6 adults and were very comfortable. The place is clean and in a good location! The park is right there for the kids to play on! We would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area! Not far from the marina which a bonus!
Lots of great aspects. Floorplan and amenities all excellent. Previous cleaning not perfect but acceptable. Only drawback is pictures looked like we are the shore of the lake, but was in fact, a good ways from the lake.
Otherwise was really great place.
