"The room was ok. Need bigger pillows they were little and no fluff in them a lot of moisture in the air, leaving our clothes damp with a funky odor, also ruining my book making the pages wavy. Key card constantly needing reactivated."

"Upon getting my key card, I noticed the elevator was out of order and told the lady at the desk that I have a heart condition so if she could please not have me walk up so many flights of stairs. She disregarded that and put me on the 5th floor. We get to the 5th floor open the door and the room was very much not cleaned. Trash everywhere, dirty towels in the bathroom, sheets and covers all over the place. I go back down after taking pics and videos. Show her what the room looked like. She gives me a different room on the 3rd floor. I have a party of 3 she gave me 1 face towel 2 hand towels and 2 body towels. The stair case was filthy and the next room she gave us wasn't clean either. Stains in the sheets and covers, tub had a ring around it. Towels had stains as well. I would never recommend this hotel to not even to my worst enemy -50 out 10"

"Great staff! Clean and very comfortable beds. This will be our go to place going forward when we visit Galveston. Can’t say enough about the staff…they were wonderful."

"Busted water faucet water running all night into the morning , I called front desk and asked if we could move to another room.the young lady who answered my call did not know,because she said that she was in training but would try to notify her manager, After 12:30 am we were told we must move to another room. We got know sleep because of the in&out of the room by maintenance people we moved to the 3rd floor where construction was being done no sheets. Just was satisfying at all."

"Amazing location close enough to most attractions in Houston, and just far enough away to be relaxing and quiet. The view in the back yard is perfect and great for bird watching as well. The home was clean and a fantastic way to end along evening. The host is amazing and communicated/responded very quickly. Check in was exceptionally easy as well!!! Great stay if you plan on visiting the Houston area."

"Very clean and tidy, could see the ocean from the balcony, a very quiet neighborhood for Houston. The host made it quite easy to checkin and checkout. He even turned the outside lights on for us since we were arriving late at night. "

"There were rooms that were locked appropriately with a master lock and other rooms that were mysterious and locked by magnet. In our eyes, the home owner could have been there or anyone else in those rooms. The railing on the top deck was falling off and not safe. It would be easier to fall the from the deck three floors above ground. Lighting in the house was not sufficient. "
