We checked in late and got an upgraded room. We got a suite room and it was clean and comfy. I will definitely book a room there again on our next visit.

The wifi for more than two devices was $14/day. How can you charge amenity fees and then try to limit everyone to two devices per room especially since you can’t change devices once selected. Left a bad taste in my mouth about the stay. Too many options on the strip to price gauge guests.

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.
