This home was a great place for our party of 7, ranging in age from 83 to 21 to stay for our boating weekend at Lake Shelbyville. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing around the fire after a long day on the water!

Great Holiday weekend!

It worked great for us and our adult children! With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and an extra separate shower it was great after a day on the lake. We loved having a grill and enjoyed a fire in fire pit several evenings. Back patio is great!

Overall we had a great stay. Property is within minutes of Lithia Springs Marina where we kept our boats. They have an excellent outdoor area with fire pit, hot tub, and plenty of room to set up outdoor games. AC functioned well even with 100 degree temperatures. Host was very responsive and made check in/out very easy.

Suited our needs

Our families were in town for a family reunion close by so this was a great place for us. The kitchen & living room were very small but didn’t bother us because we were gone a lot & mostly just needed a place to sleep. With 4 bedrooms & multiple bathrooms, that gave us room to get ready for our day with adequate space. The patio was really nice with great furniture & hot tub (just needs a little shade).

Overall property fit our needs. Good location from lake/marina. Kitchen and living room kind of small for 6 people. Need to purchase a new TV picture was dark and very hard to see. We tried to adjust the brightness but it didn’t help

Family trip near marina

This place is surrounded by farm land and farm implements, but it was safe, quiet, and less than 10 minutes from the Lithia Springs Marina. Nice beds, nice outdoor furniture. Oddities: no windows, no oven either but there is a stove and a toaster oven, the front fence has plastic installed throughout the chain link so you can't see out and no one can see in. Hot tub is awesome and we really appreciated the 2nd refrigerator in the back room. Plenty of parking. Responsive host.

Just what we needed

When I first pulled up I was unsure if I was in the correct location. The inside is very nice and clean. More than enough room for everyone. The back patio was a great place to relax.
