"Had to change rooms due to television not working. Also the “hot breakfast” was waffles(old batter” that failed. Only 2 bagels and 4 pieces of bread for toast available including very old cereals. Still waiting on the “Hot Food”!!. Also, room keys did not work on day 2. Overall, a negative stay!!. Also “ladies of the evening were on property “"

"Fully Paid for a room and booked it for my husband and son, and they couldn’t check in because I had paid for it. The staff was no help even after I called. They ended up having to go somewhere else to get a room and I didn’t get a refund. So we had to pay for a room we couldn’t use."

"The rooms are nice . Our room had just about everything we needed . There was a problem though, the bathroom cleanliness of the bathroom . The tub , the walls of the shower were not clean very well . The bathroom floor needed swept and mopped . Sweeping all the floors from corner to corner once every two weeks is a good idea . And the last suggestion is have a head housekeeper inspect the rooms to make sure that everything looks good and cleaned …."
