"Room was clean. Staff less than helpful at check in and when we called about no towels at the pool. My wife had to bring us extra towels. Pool had no towels and the hot tub was under construction. Breakfast was edible, nothing special. Decent value for the price."

"Mattress was worn and soft (with craters for two), and needed to be replaced. Staff was very nice, and breakfast was decent (lots of options)."

"They are going through a remodel, so the mess is understandable. But no one told us no one was going to bring towels, etc. In fact, we were given a sheet that said if we didn't want staff changing linens, bringing fresh towels, emptying trash, to put the do not disturb sign on the door. We were also given an envelope to leave a tip in. But when we didn't have any towels after the second day we went to the desk to get some towels and they told us the staff wasn't going to rooms anymore. Felt like we should have been told that up front."

"The checkin was efficient. Room was super roomy and welcoming. Was right near restaurants to walk to and a barnes and noble to get in a nice stretch of the legs."
