"Loved everything about our stay at the Hopestead. The decor was lovely. The bed was super comfy. Breakfast was delicious. The hospitality that Michael and Vanessa shared was wonderful. My husband and I got to walk the premises and see the horses and friendly mule JJ. We had a great visit. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone in town for the Jack Daniel’s tour. "

"This place was wonderful if you're looking for the farm environmental. The hosts were very nice and welcoming. The animals were friendly too. If you don't want to wake up to farm animal noises, then i don't recommend staying here, but otherwise it feels very authentic. "

"Very clean house. Nice location. No porch or patio furniture which made it difficult to enjoy the outdoors. Had to use kitchen table chairs to sit outside. Lots of tiny ants inside the house. Just needs a little ant treatment to solve that problem. Bedrooms were nice size. I would stay again, but wife says heck no. Could go from nice to great with very minor improvements."
