"This is a new hotel so it's all bright and shiny for visitors. We had a good experience, comfy bed, good breakfast. There were a few minor things that don't detract but the biggest thing for us was that there were smokers, both cigarettes & pot, at every doorway so there was no way to escape the smell or carrying it with you into your room. With very young girls working the desk at night I don't see any way of having the no smoking signs enforced. At least when we were there it was all grown men lingering at both doorways. "

"Large home with ample bathrooms and tons of beds, with a convenient location. However, the property is in need of updates and not well-maintained. There are several cracked tiles in the kitchen and the laminate flooring throughout the house is coming up. The living room furniture and patio furniture need to be replaced. The yard is much smaller than it appears in the photos and the grass wasn't mowed. A shutter had fallen off the front of the house and was just lying in the yard. Shrubs and bushes are overgrown. There was some sort of sticky liquid on the desk in the master bedroom and unflushed toilet tissue in one of the commodes when I checked in. I'm not sure how the cleaning crew missed all of that. My group still had a good time, but the property management team definitely needs to spend some time cleaning, repairing, and updating this place before I would ever stay there again."

"The property was just as described. Everything was very clean. We did have a problem with the air conditioning but within a few hours of informing management, it was fixed and working fine. Our dogs loved the yard and everyone loved being able to pick their own room. We would definitely like to rent this house again. "
