Crowne Plaza Cleveland Airport by IHG
Elevator was not working. My room was on 3 rd floor. I'm 75 years old. It was rough with my luggage . Shuttle was great. Desk staff was great. Just only room for me was on 3 rd floor. I would never do that again ..stairs were too much.
