About this property

Beachside Beautifully Renovated Historic Home

  • Take a walk right out your door and onto Sheboygan's North Pier to visit the famed red Light House.

    Then come back to relax on one of the porches of this newly renovated historic home across the street from Deland Park, the marina, and Sheboygan's public beach on Lake Michigan. We are just 4 blocks from many excellent restaurants, cafes, and shopping downtown, 1/2 block from the YMCA, within walking distance to the Riverfront shops and restaurants, and a 15 minute drive from Whistling Straits. It is an open concept home with 2 living areas, has 3 bedrooms (2 queen, 1 king size bed) and 2 baths.

    After requesting your reservation, you will receive a notification and link to complete our Rental Agreement, confirming the terms and conditions of your stay at Rose & Fern's, as well as the refundable security deposit, which you will be able to execute and set up digitally. Please note that cancellation fee is 3% to cover the credit card transaction fees.
