Beautiful, classic old hotel with ornate design.
It exceeded expectations.
Staff was terrific, from the valet to the bellman, to the front desk staff. We were never left waiting. Each was personable.
The $75 overnight valet fee seems excessive - but maybe it’s the going rate.
The $35 surcharge/upcharge of a a daily “urban experience fee” is a filthy money grab. But kudos to the inane terminology.
We had never been to Boston before and plan to return. When we do, this is where we will stay.
