3 king, 7 queen, 2 twin, 2 cribs, 3 pack n plays. BEDS for 22 adults. However, there are 3 couches which could be sleep on as well as 4 air mattresses if needed.

Christmas gathering

After the loss of our Mom, we wanted to find a place to all get together for Christmas. The home was perfect! It was beautiful, clean, and exactly as advertised. Communication with the host was easy and she was quick to respond. We had an amazing time!

After Christmas Getaway

We had an abbreviated stay due to weather moving in but once again had a very good time. The house accommodates family with all the bedrooms and places to hang out. Excellent location for those of coming from out of town. Hope to come back again and not get chased out by a blizzard.

Gigantic and Gorgeous

Large home, with plenty of extras

Rented the home for a Christmas weekend for the family. Ages ranged from 88 to 8 months and everyone had a great time. Kids found plenty to entertain themselves with and adults had ample gathering spaces to sit and visit. The kitchen was well equipped for meal preparation for a large number. Hosts were very accommodating and supportive throughout planning and the stay.

Family Reunion

This is a great property for a family reunion. There is a lot of space for people to spread out and great common areas to come together. The kitchen is great for hosting a large group. We were able to cook a "Thanksgiving" type meal using the multiple ovens in the home. The host answered my questions before our event regarding kitchen items we needed for the meal. Almost every bedroom had their own bathroom, which was great. Location was great! Thank you for a great stay.

Great property for large extended family

Very nice property with lots of sleeping space, bathrooms and gathering space for 17 adults and 8 children. Never felt like we were on top of each other. Multiple living areas to play games and hangout. Enough games and kids' activities to keep the grandchildren busy and entertained. Plenty of off-street parking. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

NASCAR weekend

We have been traveling to Kansas Speedway for quite a few years. This is a great location that allows all of us to stay together and make it a great weekend. We had a lot of room for each couple to have their own space but also enough for all of us to hang out and have a great time. We are looking to extend the weekend by an extra day. They only thing missing is a television on the main floor for us to keep an eye on the football game while we prepare our meals.

Great Location for Work Retreat/Meeting

Plenty of room for our work meeting, cozy living room, nice to have enough bathrooms, house was beautifully furnished and clean, outdoor area looked great but we couldn’t use because of the rain…maybe next time. We did have an issue with the upstairs a/c, we were able to open windows because of the coolness outside which helped.

Family Christmas

This property was perfect for our large family. The home was spacious and clean. We had 11grandchildren ranging from 4 month old to 17years old and their parents. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kids played football and swung on a tire swing in the backyard as well played board games. We had the best time!!

A house with everything

This beautiful house has everything -- awesome outdoor space, two full kitchens, games, a hot tub, and just tons and tons of room. There were beds to spare for our party of 17. The kids played hide and seek for hours (literally). I had no trouble reaching Lori when needed. Definitely recommend.

Holy Moly! The room.

Our beloved Cubs were in town to play the Royals and we decided it would be a great time to get together. We had 18 adults and two children staying at this beautiful big house. Everyone had their own bed...almost everyone had their own bathrooms (we were family so we shared). We were so pleased to see there were multiple ovens, breakfast casseroles were never so easy. The host was so helpful, to letting us get an early start to helping us find a hidden room. The outside area was amazing...sitting out on the decks in the morning and evening listening to all the birds!

Basketball game gathering

Six Couples gathered to go to a Jayhawks game in Allen Fieldhouse, all college friends, but now in their 70's. This was a large home that accommodated us nicely. It has two outside covered porches that overlook a wooded area, and both upstairs and downstairs living rooms, plus kitchens up and down. All but one bedroom had dedicated bath and shower. Lori was very nice and communicated well with us.

Simply Amazing!

My family and I recently stayed here for Thanksgiving and when I say this house was truly a home away from home. The pictures truly does not do this place justice. The house and space is massive. Literally the more you walk around you realize “oh wait there’s another room.” My family could not and I mean COULD NOT stop complimenting how beautiful this house was. Great Space

This is a lovely home with enough space for everyone! The house is huge and kind of divided so you can have some separate spaces if needed. We celebrated a 90th Birthday with family from all over the country! The grounds are amazing with a fire pit. The decks are lovely to watch the birds and sit and socialize. I thought parking would be an issue, but the paved back area had ample parking in addition to the spaces in front of the house. Half an hour from downtown, half an hour from the airport. Shopping and eateries a few miles away! Thank you!

Holiday Wind Down

We had a great time at our annual after Christmas wind down gathering. The house was perfect! Plenty of bedrooms for our group and plenty of room for my grandkids to roam. We especially love the big open area of the kitchen, dining and living room as that’s where we spend all our time. Cooking, eating, playing games and laughing. We have stayed at several other houses, all okay, but this one is a winner!! We will be back!! Thank you Loretta for having us! You are a pleasure to work with! See you next January.

Perfect Place for 19 Family Members' Weekend

Highly recommend this home which was perfect for our 3 generation,19 family members ranging from age 0 to 50's. Each of our 8 households had their own bedrooms and nearly all had their own full bathrooms. Used just one of two large kitchens that has two ovens, two dishwashers, and lots of counter space. Big kitchen is open to spacious family room and dining room. The large open space easily accommodated our large family. Sizable deck off the kitchen/family room was a popular spot for enjoying the great weather. Plenty of parking space for our 6 vehicles. Cooked our meals; groceries were purchsed nearby. Kitchen is well appointed with pans, 13 X 9 casseroles, and dinnerware that easily accommodated our group. Plenty of extra towels, bedding, and air mattresses. The kids loved the Kids' Cave, which is a small room under the stairs stocked with toys. Junior size chairs in the two living rooms, a crib, and high chair make all ages welcome. Host was super helpful with questions about nearby shopping and amenity details. You will enjoy this family friendly home filled with amenities.

Wonderful Home for Extended Family

We chose this home for our Thanksgiving gathering of 3 generations of family, and it was pretty great! Grandparents in the MBR on the main level, a family of four upstairs, and another family of 4 downstairs. Bathrooms for all! Living space is important to us so that we can gather and hang out as a group, and the living room worked very well for that. There are also smaller living spaces upstairs and downstairs for those who wanted to get away for a quieter conversation or to watch tv. One of the downstairs rooms is actually more of a studio apartment- it came in incredibly handy for a college-aged grandchild who needed a place to practice music. We could not hear the sound on the main floor. We do not have small children, but there was accommodation made for them in furniture, books/toys, and cute little-people sized nooks. One unusual and very appreciated feature was the ability to use the garages to store our vehicles! We had several cards between us, and when it unexpectedly snowed we were glad to avoid scraping and brushing snow. We kept our meals fairly simple, but you might check with the host if you want to do more involved cooking. The appliances are quality and up to the challenge, but the cookware/untensils might not be what you need. True at every rental, though. I noticed a couple of maintenance issues, but I'll pass them on to the host so she can correct them. All in all a wonderful gathering spot for us to gather! We would definitely visit again
