"Amazing stay! Will be back"

"We had a great stay at this lovely house in Gardiner. The main living floor is elevated (by about 5 steps) which provides nice clean views in the treetops. The backyard set up was lovely (bring bugspray) – with a designer pool and the most relaxing hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped and bedrooms were comfortable. Host was incredibly responsive. Would definitely recommend."

"Third time back, with family this time. Everything was beautiful as always. Lodge is always clean. Upgraded since last visit which was an extra surprise. Breakfast was fantastic. Centered around so many things to do. The one shall detail was checking in. I'm assuming someone was being trained. The young man that was doing the training was a tad too serious for a meet and greet. Check out was perfect. We will be back!"

"Peaceful and serene mountain retreat. We loved every minute of this lovely home. Felt like we were sitting in a lovely treehouse. Had breakfast on back porch this morning listening to the birds. Just a perfect getaway. Sheila was lovely and so helpful and kind. Highly recommend this home. We hope to be back on one of our next trips to the area."

"This property was exactly what we were looking for as my husband completed the 50 mile ultra marathon at Mohonk Preserve’s Rock the Ridge. There is so much to do in New Paltz. It’s a cute, vibrant town with lots of eclectic stores, restaurants, cafes and a beautifully paved walking trail. The house itself is roomy and very clean. The beds in all the rooms are very comfortable and they have plenty of extra blankets, bath towels and towels for after the hot tub. The weight room was nice, too. The kitchen was adequately stocked and the house fit all 11 of us very nicely. There was also a nice walking path out in the backyard that our family enjoyed! 5 stars for sure!!"

"Gorgeous spacious house with so many cool amenities and fun things to do nearby in town. Check in and communication was easy. Some things to note - the water smelled/tasted a bit off at times so did recommend buying bottled water. It also got very cold at night and heat took awhile to kick in (it was toasty by the morning after) so just turn it on ahead of going to bed. Would definitely book again. "
