Beyond Perfect stay for the price

The room was clean. My problem is the hotel seems to be losing the charm it once had since it has been taken over by Hilton. This was my 3rd stay at the property and unfortunately my least favorite. I hope they can restore the charm as well as remodel and update some of the hotel.

Overall, I had a good stay at The Delphi Hotel. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean overall, and the location made it easy to get around Downtown LA. It was a comfortable place to stay during my trip. That said, there were a few things that kept it from being a 5-star experience. My room had a few maintenance issues that I wasn't expecting for the price. There were noticeable marks in the toilet, one of the mirrors was damaged, and the bathroom light flickered during my stay. None of these were deal-breakers, but they made the room feel like it needed a bit more attention. I was also surprised that indoor slippers weren't provided inside the room. Maybe I've been spoiled by hotels in Asia, but for what this hotel costs, I honestly expected them. Lastly, the bed frame has a raised platform around the mattress. After spending all day walking, getting in and out of bed became more of a chore than expected. If you have bad knees or mobility issues, it's something worth keeping in mind. Despite those complaints, I still enjoyed my stay. The staff were welcoming, and I had a pleasant overall experience.

Not a clean room, moist carpeting. Hot water didn’t work first night. Asked staff for a plate to microwave food in but was only offered a paper plate. Checked out around 6pm on July 10th due to poor service.

Every thing about the hotel was top tier. Will book here again in the future! Unfortunately I lost my Ralph Lauren Sunglasses somewhere in the lobby.
