"We booked/ paid for this house and when we called for check in process, we were told that the host lives in the house. The host acted as if the listing was taken off vrbo and they didn't know about the booking. I asked about a refund then and they seemed like it wouldn't be an issue. I hurried off the phone to contact the people that were currently en route to re direct them to a new location that I had to hurry and source. "The property was charming! The owners were available for questions about the area as they ran the store below the loft apartment.
