The resort was excellent! Great loaction..excellent on site facilities. The food was full of varieties. One downside was the lack of vegetarian dishes..otherwise all in all was very very good!

Overall, the property was very well kept. Furniture was a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Food was okay. As expected from a buffet style meal prepared for a lot of customers.

The resort is a bit threadbare, the rooms were spacious, but in need of repair. The property has all of the essentials. The food was copious, but mediocre in quality. The beach access was easy, staff were very accommodating. Internet was intermittent and slow.

He genuinely cares about your guests. Let hope he can achieve Restaurant MGR soon. Alesia Pavlova This staff member ensures happiness is not a destination it’s a method of life. She really does make a huge difference in a positive way to the running of your hotel. Her smile, her attentiveness, her care is unfounded and real. She has a busy role in your organisation, but finds time to take care of all the guests needs. I worked in hotel and catering for over 10 years, and to find an employee like Alesia is very difficult. My recommendation would be to keep her, look after her and allow her growth within your organisation as more senior posts become available. She will give you, the employer and your customers her all. Without a doubt she is made for management. Once again thank you for making Ria and I feel very welcome in Sharm Dreams Resort. Worest vacation ever,don't loose your time & money
The worst stay experience I have ever had, this hotel doesn't deserve one start . I had to cancel my stay after 2 nights due to 1- Unclean places 2- Food caused health problems for all my family members. 3- Service delays, I do a request then I get a response after 12 hours even for simplest things like getting a clean glasses in the room. 4- Team is unprofessional and not even friendly.

Wouldn't give this hotel a 1 star... filthy place Greeted at reception with incompetent staff no knowledge of stay had to email them my booking. Room was tired full of ants. The main restaurant was a free for all never a clean table no service the worst food ever I have experienced no managers visible to complain to. Whoever the general manager is of this shambles should be ashamed.

The reservation staff is a disaster. I used "message hotel" function in Expedia. Well they did reply my message they replied fast. But they never replied(or read) again after my second message.....that made me call their reservation but it was another hell.... I called reservation office but ALWAYS NO ONE ANSWERS. do you know how many times I have called to actually reach a real person? 35 times!!!!!!! but that real human said he will transfer me to another person and finally it ended up as no one answering again.....endless circle....

Nice resort close to Na’ama bay beach
The location is very conveniently close to the beach, that you can reach walking across the street and through another resort: five minutes maximum. The rooms are scattered across a park with several swimming pool, and they are reasonably maintained.

The phone line did not work and I could not call in. No one replied to my question submitted to their website. The website said there was airport pickup but there wasn’t. It also said free wifi, but the wifi wasn’t free. As well, my air conditioning didn’t work and it was very very hot. Lastly, my room stunk of cigarettes but they wouldn’t let me change rooms.

From the moment I arrived to check in at the ungodly hour of 04:30 the treatment I received was excellent (thank you to all front of house staff during my stay in particular Kareem) Midway through my stay I suffered a diving accident and once again the hotel was fantastic in organizing doctors and extending my stay in the same room, as I was unable to fly home, even whilst waiting for confirmation that the room had been paid for. The room itself was excellent, the bed ultra comfortable, the fridge well stocked and promptly replenished ever morning with the added bonus of a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities there (and again regularly replenished ever morning. The room cleanliness was again excellent and cleaned promptly between 8:30 and 9:30 every morning (I forget the name of my cleaner but a nicer man you couldn't meet. To the management, my room was 4110, the guy needs to be acknowledged as a first class member of your staff) In regards the pools (I forget how many there were) they were always clean and the pool bar staff always helpful, friendly and polite. A special mention needs to made for the towel man Ataa (I've probably misspelt his name) but he was like a man possessed all week long!! If you didn't change your towels every day he'd find you and insist he did it for you!!!! If, as I did on more than one occasion, you left your towels out at the end of the day he'd remove them, find out where you wished to reside the following morning and lay them out for you!!!

5 stars hotel with poor service
Check in took some time to prepare the room, although I reached at 8 pm. Room was average size and clean but the AC was noisy. Bathroom curtain was not clean! Breakfast was not that good. Service was poor as I need to call several times to got my room made up and get towels. Check out was fast.

A fraction of the cost
As a solo traveller, I enjoyed immensely spending long mornings at the sea which is just 2 minutes from the resort. My travel experience should have been in the thousands, but due to the low peak season I got my experience for a fraction of the cost. I seldom left the hotel for their was very little need to go beyond the resort. The shopping mall had "you aint going to find it cheaper" bargains and the spa had great packages too. I opted out for dining out in restaurants and elected to have room service, which was above the quality of the hotel restaurants and a great bargain. This experience has opened my eyes to the enormous benefits of an all inclusive resort and highly recommend this resort for a holiday.

The recieptionet was very bad. It took more than 45 minutes for checkin. Also we had two rooms in each side of the resort because we tow separate bokking. It was unconvienante to the whole familly.

Good value all inclusive hotel near Naama Bay
Really good hotel, although checking in and out took far too long (we nearly missed our flights it took so long!) All inclusive was good value too.

firstly when i got to the hotel the taxi driver from hotel left a bag behind at the airport which had my passports, after an hour of finding them i ws giving a twin room when i booked a king room and non smoking, i have 2 kids so they asked if they can bring the 2 beds together, sure i refused as i booked a king with extra sofa bed then they moved me to king room that was suffocating coz it was a smoking room, again i refused coz my son have allergies, then was asked to wait at lobby after an hour or so finally they found me what i booked for, in total i waited about 3 hours just to get a room and not to forget the stress i went through of my missing passports, next day a manager called coz i did survey about hotel and what i went through, he said he heared about what happened to me and he wants to make it up to me to make my stay enjoyable , i stayed 5 nights with my kids and he never called me back. very bad experience on the first day i arrived which suppose to be fulll of excitement, beside that it was ok but i suggest the chef to change the menu on different days, 5 night there 5 nights of same food which made me go to anothet hotel restaurants to eat different kind of foods, staff was really friendly, in my room there were so many big ants and also in my friends room, sorry for this review but thats what happened.

Absolute garbage!
I have never reviewed a hotel but I feel obligated to warn others. This hotel is absolute garbage in every which way. Food, service, cleanliness and everything else about the property is absolute garbage. Im puzzled as to how thier management has the courage to actually approach guests asking about thier stay!! Stay away at any cost.

My stay in Hilton was a bad experience. The hotel wasn't 5 star and it was more of a 2/3 star hotel. For a brand like Hilton hotel chain you would expect the hotel to provide free wifi not get charged to use wifi, and also expect flat screen tv not crt tv in rooms.
