"We were disappointed with the hotel and their service at the reception, they are very harsh and asked for extra money for a child, even though the room was booked with two children and the age is listed on the reservation, the hotel is fully booked and they are not ready for it, they don't clean near the pool and also in the lobby it takes a lot of time. Not worth the money and not suitable for Rixos level"

"Great stay and restaurants were good. Service was excellent. The only thing I highly disliked was the use of too much air fresheners/perfume in the rooms and all through out the hotel. So strong it would make me nauseous sometimes.. definitely dial down the use of fake fragrances that smell chemically."

"Grand oasis is perfect hotel-coming 2 times here already.good beach,normal rooms. But the best is food.its really fantastic!Thank you so much for this for Head Chef and all staff in the restaurant area❤ If just to improve cleaning in the rooms and customer service of some staff in reception-wont be any issues at all. Will come again for sure for a relaxing atmosphere."

"I have been staying at Umbi since 2008 and it’s still my fav. Place in Sharm El Sheik. Authentic, low key, clean and with the most beautiful sea, corals and fishes right at your doorstep. Nevertheless it’s sad to see a massive harbor is being built and it will destroy this natural paradise! Let’s collect firms and stop it! "

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Family Stay at Sultan Gardens – Amazing Reef, Warm Staff, and a Minor Note We had a fantastic stay at Sultan Gardens in Sharm El Sheikh! The coral reef at their private beach is truly incredible—easily the best we’ve ever experienced. Snorkeling was unforgettable. The staff were outstanding—very friendly and attentive. My daughter, who loves languages, was thrilled when the lifeguards taught her some basic Arabic. She enjoyed greeting the staff with “Marhaba” and always received warm smiles in return. The atmosphere felt very safe for families, and my daughter quickly made friends. Although most guests were Russian at the time, everyone was friendly, and as my wife and daughter are Ukrainian, they felt welcomed and included. We also loved the coffee house, which was a great spot for a proper coffee after breakfast. Restaurant staff always made us feel welcome and found us a table—upstairs on the balcony was our favorite place to enjoy dinner while watching the show. Rooms were spotless, cleaned daily, and Abdul from housekeeping checked in often to make sure we were happy—great service all around. "

"One of the best snorkeling places .the reef is long because Sierra and Savoy share the same beach. We had a very nice first diving experience thanks to Mr. Wael and captain Osama. The beach staff are very nice, welcoming and helpful. Our check in was very smooth and since we arrived at midnight they offered to send us to the room a small dinner like cheese and bread and some sweets. they even gave us free bowling tickets and free ice skating tickets and free sauna and jacuzzi as welcoming gift. Soho square is just at the door step and the guests at Sierra can enjoy the shows every night for free and there is a sierra bar for free there too. The shows start at 8:30 till almost 3am. the rooms are very clean and the staff at the hotel are always smiling and welcoming. the food was good to very good. "

"Not what we expected from photos and the price we paid. Hotel address on expedia not correct and the driver had to circle around for half an hour. The check in process was not smooth. we had to leave our luggage outside with the bell boy as were told to collect after check in. Reception was not courteous. I suspect they gave us lower quality rooms and when asked to show the premium sea front rooms which we paid for, they couldn’t comply. We were given only one key card for each room as they didn’t have enough cards. Electric kettle in one room not working. Air conditioner was loud and ineffective in the other room. Agents of different services roaming around the hotel trying to sell the services and bothering the guests. staff eager and quick to demand bakhshish even from my children. We paid for all inclusive stay but were not able to book even one single meal in the restaurants as were told they were all booked. The indoor swimming pool was closed for maintenance. Lobby and hallways too loud for people trying to sleep list goes on and on i’m afraid "
