"The location is convenient, but the property looks nothing like it does in the pictures. The wifi did not work. There were no towels in the room and the shower didn't work quite right. The staff was helpful, though. "

Despite my Expedia confirmation clearly stating that breakfast was included, the front desk informed me otherwise and I was forced to pay extra. The room itself was far from clean—there were visible stains on the sheets and curtains, and the towels provided looked used and unwashed. The walls had noticeable dirt marks, adding to the overall feeling of neglect. This was not the quality I expected, especially given what was...
