There two restaurants there, one western styke with all the crappy food we already ties of back In Canada. We left and foubd there is another Chinese one on thebotber side. The Chinese one was a steal! Awesome! They hsve big swimmibg pool, bit it was closed all the time😥 i came to fitness room at 6 am as the sign suggested, it was closed and took 20 mins to get a staff member open it.

location is good room is clean and comfortable free wifi but lighting is a little bit dark. breakfast is good and service is excellent.

Nice hotel in suburban Shanghai
The room was OK, but nowhere near a 5-star level. Staff was fine because I spoke Chinese language. Hotel restaurant ( Chinese food ) was also good, but they didn't serve alcoholic beverages.

Spacious suite; decent food options around
The hotel kindly upgraded me to a suite which was really spacious. The design is modern and luxurious, but some little hidden bits of imperfections could be seen upon close inspection (hair in the bath room etc.). Overall, a great hotel in the location (relatively far away from city centre), with decent food options around

Disaster
The stay is terribly unpleasant. Hotel is terribly run. Hotel air conditioning not working but accept guest without acknowledging it. Had to open windows for air circulation. The towels smells. The shower drain plugged and flooded the bathroom. The breakfast food and cooking is terrible, oily and tastes terrible. They used plastic wash basin to hold food instead of proper table ware. Why is this hotel a 4 star+ rating ??

Great hotel, the area is bad, but it's not really a place tourist would just go to visit. Great room, very clean and design very nicely and has a good atmosphere! breakfast is AMAZING! very good hotel for the area.

Nice hotel, but in the suburbs. Besides a shopping centre catered to local traffic. If you are not reliant on metro, it is ok. Else, you might find it inconvenient.

Great Hotel-Practical-Little out of the way though. Mall accross the street is very practical for food (asian and western), shoping, etc. But nowhere to really go out in the evening.

Great Hotel, Very High Standard. Shopping Mall in Front is convenient for shoping and many restaurant. Only problem, it is isolated with NOTHING going on around it. Not a place to get a drink.

Higly Recommend
Excelent Experience, Hotel is well located, a big supermarket right in front of it, very cozy, hotel staff well trained. Two thing that is not good: Wireless Internet in the room and wired internet very slow, they really need to improve that, and breakfast. If you are not from Asia, I Higly recommend that you have some cereal bars on you. Variety is amazing for their culture, I am from Brazil and they don't have cheese. No options for me, I had to eat the same thing for 5 days.

整體上整潔度是很不錯的　美中不足的地方有　 １）浴室裡浴缸旁的花灑　可能是少用吧？或者清潔人員沒留意　我一開浴缸旁的花灑竟然是流出一堆髒水　可見很少用到浴缸旁的花灑　但是清潔人員起碼該留意一下　 ２）浴缸塞塞不了　水一直流走　無法泡澡　 ３）吹風機插座不能通電　必須得把吹風機拿到其他插座來吹頭髮 4) 隔音有點差　隔壁做害羞的事都聽得到　XD 早餐不錯有多種選擇　讚！ 前台服務人員態度佳　讚！ 健身房＆游泳池不錯！ 周邊商場確實是冷清　不會想去逛的 XD

如果走投無路再來住這間吧
這是我第二次入住這間酒店 附近也沒有其他選擇了 我寧可下次住到更遠一些的國際連鎖酒店品牌 1.房間打掃落實得非常不徹底 : 我預定的是行政套房，但是客廳的桌子底下還有之前房客留下的拖鞋，還有一堆餅乾屑，有夠噁心，客廳的沙發也都是臭味 2. 浴室的熱水不穩定: 洗澡的水就是忽冷忽熱的 3.房間的冷氣跟客廳的冷氣很極端: 房間冷氣根本不冷 熱死了

ディテールが甘い印象でした
印象は豪華ですがディテールが甘い印象でした。部屋の隅が汚れていたり、壁が剥がれかけていました。朝食にでたフランスパンのフレンチトースト？はナイフも刺さらないほど硬くとてもその日に調理されたものとは思えませんでした。しかし一階の中華料理店は清潔で美味しかったです。

Nice Hotel - Free Wifi

The worst staying in hotel for a long time. No internet in the room. No wifi, no cable to connect. Chair was broken. After 20 min request the door man came to fix internet. the connexion worked only 20 min. I ordered taxi ealry morning to go airport. No taxi reserved. I missed my plane. Nothing good in the hotel

次は行かない。
松江の豪華ホテルはすべて行きましたけど、ここはダメです。今後もダメでしょう。まずホテル正面に写真は合成。豪華に見せようとしてますけど中身は3流。田舎だからかスタッフもダメですね。口コミを期待した朝食もダメでした。最終日フロントで2泊分3600元請求されました。WEBで前払いしたといえば110元に値下がり増した。双方ともきっちり印刷されてた。どんな会計になってるんやろか・・。間違ったことに謝罪はなく初めて文句を言いました（なぜ謝罪が無い？）。ようやく謝罪の言葉が聞けました。人の心を動かす、即ち感動される接客を期待しましたが一事が万事、ここは無理です。 レストランもあまり綺麗でない。スタッフ対応も悪し。その他、プール、ハウスキーピングが良好。

飯店座落在老別墅區内。客房寬敞舒適潔淨，旁邊就是嘉樂福，購物用餐都很便利。一樓餐廳的二人套餐值得推薦。

One night with my love
One night with my partner over the weekend. The room was great and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The spa and pool did not impress us! The jacuzzi had ice cold water so we could not enjoy the facility. We ordered in room dining and decided to go for a pizza. On the menu it said that the pizza should have: roc cola, parma ham and mushrooms. The result was a thick crust pizza with uneadble Chinese stress sausage and thick peaces of celery sticks! We could not finish the food as it was the worst peace of bread we both ever had!

29 grader varmt på rummet och löften om att fixa anläggningen utan resultat. Mer slitet än vad årtal och de 5 stjärnorna lovat. Långt från centrum och tåg/metro stationer. Svårt för taxi att hitta.

Sehr gutes Hotel im Stadtteil Songjing
Das Hotel ist günstig zum Flughafen Hongqiao gelegen. Die Fahrzeit zum Stadtzentrum beträgt ca. 1 Stunde. Die nächstgelegene Metro-Station ist XinZhuang (Linie 1). Dorthin muss man mit dem Taxi fahren. Um ein Taxis zu bekommen, muss man durch das Einkaufszentrum zur vorgelagerten Hauptstrasse gehen. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings ist die Verständigung auf Englisch nicht immer leicht. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.
