"We didn’t receive what it showed in pictures Rooms were dirty especially bathroom was disgusting. It smelled like cigarettes in the room I went with my gf and they disappointed me by giving me such a filthy room and I paid top price for it after seeing the pictures and knowing it would be an amazing ..."

"Absolutely unacceptable – avoid this place at all costs This stay was a complete disaster and honestly felt like a scam. We arrived at the property around 2 PM only to be told there was no electricity and that power might come back by 5 PM. There was no power backup, no contingency plan, nothing. ..."
