"The water pressure in the shower was excellent! Not so much for the bathroom sink. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was not cleaned. They did bring in fresh towels one day. Beds were not made and they didn't clean the table and did not vacuum. The TV did not work. No stations were available. Constant high traffic noise. "

"We had a BEAUTIFUL and relaxing stay at this river rental. Everything was so neat and organized with extras like kayaks, a canoes, games and what not. And it is just 0.5 miles from Royal Springs. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and we even got to meet them while they were another rental. Very nice couple. Would highly recommend it for family vacations or weekend get-away."

"Ac kept the room cool but it was loud. Other residents sat on the outside and talked until late evening. I could hear conversations going on in the next room. I canceled my next night stay and took the loss because of the no cancelation policy."
