- This beautiful house in the Slovenian Karst offers ultimate comfort for 12 guests in a quiet and green environment. On the two floors and in the basement there is everything you need for a relaxing vacation. On the first floor there is a large living room, kitchen and dining room. Besides two large and comfortable bedrooms, one of which has an exit to the garden, the first floor has a large bathroom and a separate toilet. On the second floor are three bedrooms and a bathroom with separate toilet. In the basement there is a room with sauna and a lounge area with soccer table and board games. In the well-maintained garden there is a large swimming pool and two outdoor Jacuzzis, as well as a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. The owner offers local delicacies, dried meat, sausages and homemade jam.

Erholung in Mitten der Weinberge
Die Villa liegt in einem kleinen und ruhigen Dorf, zehn Fahrminuten außerhalb von Sežana. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet und hat einen riesigen Pool.
Wir wurden durch den Eigentümer mit hausgemachten Wein, Schinken und anderen regionalen Produkten empfangen. Die Villa besteht aus zwei separaten Wohnungen. Die untere ist 2018 komplett saniert worden. Die obere ist noch älteren Standards aber auch in tadellosen Zustand.
Ansonsten fehlt es an nichts. Sogar eine komplette Küche befindet sich im Aussenbereich. Einzig allein das WLAN funktioniert nur eingeschränkt, d.h. im oberen Bereich gar nicht.
Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite findet man ein kleines Restaurant mit Pizza und slowenischer Küche zu günstigen Preisen und super Qualität.

Top Location. Luxuriös und komplett ausgestattet. Sehr nette Hausherren.
Waren als Gruppe von 8 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern zum Klettern im Oktober hier. Sauna, Pool und gutes Essen dank bester Kochgelegenheiten haben den Aufenthalt zum Vergnügen gemacht. Zum Empfang gab es eine große Platte mit Wein und Spezialitäten der Region.
Alle Klettergebiete sind in ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Verglichen mit anderen Objekten dieser Klasse ein echtes Schnäppchen.
Sehr zu empfehlen.
