We couldn't have been happier at the Sitka cabin. It's a perfect spot for two. Had everything we needed to be comfortable during our adventures.

Although it mostly drizzled during our
2-day stay it was a most comfortable
and pleasant stay at this lovely cabin.
Loved the location about 7 minutes out of
Seward. Would definitely stay there again.
This cabin was clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood a few miles outside of town. Would have enjoyed the fire pit if the weather had cooperated! Would definitely return to this cabin if in the area again.
The cabin is exactly as mentioned in the ad. Prior to arrival received very detailed directions for property. The area the cabin is located is very nice. Plenty of space between properties. The cabin is quaint, but perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a cleaner unit. Very close to Seward and an easy day drive to Homer. Highly recommend a trip to Homer for seafood! When I had questions the host responded quickly. Would definitely stay there again and will recommend to others. Note: Laundry is NOT in the cabin, but on property. Take lots of quarters for usage.
Lovely and cozy stay in Seward - this cabin is nestled in tall trees and off the beaten path. The bed was super comfortable and amenities great. It is a bit out of town, but very restful. The only suggestion is handrails for the small steps outside to get in. Once in, it is fully enclosed on one level.

We had issues
Everything would have been great....except we had issues with the internet...which was easily resolved.
Biggest frustration was the fact that the hot water heater (tankless) would turn off intermittently in the middle of rinsing the dishes...and when taking a shower. The hot water would turn ice cold...and then get real hot! Other than that...the place was very nice!
Site stated laundry available but they neglected to say it costs $3 for washing and $3 for drying and they only take quarters without a bill changer. I attempted to contact manager about getting change and they did not get back with me until 11:35 pm. Your site should let visitors know to bring coins if they want to do laundry. None of the other house charge for laundry service.
The place was clean. To me it looked like a renovated shed. I didn't like having to brush my teeth, wash my hands in kitchen sink. I must of missed that part in info section. The mirror in the bathroom is to high for a 5'3 person. The only other issue is, you can't have ceiling fan on at night, unless you want the kitchen light on to. They should be on separate switches. I felt the communication was very slow going with owner. I'd text and not hear back for 5 or 6 hours or longer. I'm not sure if I'd stay here again.
Hubby and I stayed in the Sitka Cabin for 8 days and LOVED it! Location to Seward is just a short 10 min drive. Cabin was well stocked with coffee, spices for cooking, dishes and paper products. WiFi was amazingly fast. And it was great to have a "communal" fire pit, grilling, picnic table area to enjoy meeting others staying in the 4 cabins. The owner, Blaine, was friendly and helpful with any questions we had. It was such a beautiful stay that we hope to go back again sometime.
This perfect little cabin was just what my husband and I were looking for. It was very clean and well appointed. The location was close to Seward for all our activities. Would definitely recommend this 5 star cabin to anyone vacationing in Seward. O
