Belle propriété avec un agréable jardin, à 2 pas d’une petite plage agréable pour profiter du lac. Idéal pour un séjour en famille

Cette maison est belle, vaste et confortable. Le jardin entièrement clos est magnifique, il y fait bon passer d’agréables soirées sous le préau spacieux. Les terrasses sont confortables et à double exposition. Est pour le Matin et ouest pour le soir.. Toutt le confort souhaité est au rendez-vous même si quelques petites chises à améliorer. La proximité d’Annecy et surtout du lac à 200 mètres à pied est un must. Nous recommandons chaudement.

Globalement cette maison est idéale pour passer un séjour en famille et amis. Vue extérieure agréable et jardin très bien entretenu avec vue sur les montagnes sympathique . Très calme. Maison bien aménagée et spacieuse .

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle à Sevrier dans la charmante maison de Vincent et Véronique. La maison est très bien équipée et est idéalement située à quelques centaines de mètres du splendide lac d’Annecy et des principales commodités (boulangerie, supermarché, resto,… tout accessible à pieds). Nous y avons séjourné à 6 adultes et 2 enfants de 1an et 4 ans et la maison convenait parfaitement pour tout le monde. La toute nouvelle terrasse est très agréable en tout temps. Bref, la location idéale pour des vacances réussies !
