10/10 Excellent

"This is the first time I stayed here. I was in town for a basketball tournament and I really enjoyed my stay here. They have a hot breakfast and also during the evenings they would have like a little dinner buffet. Plus they give out cards to hotel guests over 21 drink cards for their free happy hour. Also the hotel is close to the Chandler Fashion mall. And they have a variety of restaurants near by. It was perfect. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are very comfortable. I really enjoyed this hotel and am planning to stay there again next month for another basketball tournament."

"The staff was rude, I have never heard of running a CC before you check in and because of this my card was locked and they cancelled my reservation. The beds were hard the AC was sooo loud in the room and the breakfast was horrible. Will never stay there again!!!!"

"I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. For a hotel that appears so nice and well-rated, the cleanliness and housekeeping were completely unacceptable. The room was very dirty upon arrival, with dust all over the room and surfaces that clearly had not been properly cleaned. The bathroom was even worse, with visible mold, which made the stay feel very unsanitary and uncomfortable. Housekeeping only came once during our stay, and all they did was make the beds. They did not take out the trash, properly clean the room, or restock necessities. The “fresh” towels they brought were also dirty, which was honestly shocking. This was one of the most horrible hotel experiences I have had, especially for such a nice hotel with a good reputation. I expected much better cleanliness, service, and attention to guests. Very disappointing overall."

Arizona Grand Resort & Spa

"Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Cost I wanted to love our stay here, but unfortunately, the Arizona Grand Resort fell incredibly short of expectations. The Food: Mediocre at best. Room service was expensive and they didn’t even get the drinks right, For a resort of this tier, we expected much higher quality, but the dining options were underwhelming and definitely didn't match the price point. The Pools & Grounds: The pools were packed to capacity and noticeably dirty. One of the maintenance people was working on the pool adding chemicals while me and my children were in it. Beyond that, many of the property's amenities felt poorly maintained and dated. The entire property simply isn't what I expected based on how it's advertised. Billing & Cost: To top it off, the final cost breakdown made absolutely no sense. I do appreciate the staffs willingness to try to help and work it out! The one saving grace was the staff—they were very kind and polite throughout our stay. When I brought up the confusing charges, they mentioned they would work on fixing it, which I do appreciate. However, great service can't fully make up for a dirty environment and subpar facilities. Overall, it was a pretty poor experience. Between the maintenance issues and the lack of value, we will not be visiting again."
