Beautiful Apartment in Amazing Centric Location. Cabildo V

This recently renovated and tastefully furnished apartment offers everything you need for a perfect stay in Seville, thanks to its prime location and the comfort of its thoughtfully designed interior.

The property features three bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.50 x 1.90 m), and two with two single beds each (0.90 x 1.90 m). One of the twin bedrooms includes a full en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bathroom, also with a shower, is independent.

The fully equipped kitchen is semi-open to the living room (without a door), which includes a sofa bed and separate dining and lounge areas. This space is filled with natural light and overlooks a quiet street.

The location is unbeatable, just a few meters from the Cathedral, the Royal Alcázar, and the Giralda. Situated in the lively Arenal neighborhood, the area is surrounded by some of Seville’s best tapas bars, restaurants, and local taverns.

Nearby, you’ll also find supermarkets, charming local shops with typical Andalusian products, and a traditional market offering fresh produce for those who enjoy cooking at home.
