As soon as you enter, natural light floods all the rooms thanks to its magnificent orientation. The home combines spaciousness, warmth and a unique decorative style designed by interior designer Natalia Parladé, which mixes renewed classicism, urban touches and a very chic rustic point.

The Space



The day area brings together a bright lounge with two balconies and views of the historic Hotel Colón, reading areas and comfortable sofas.

Through a wide opening, one accesses the independent dining room, elegant and perfect for long group meals.



The kitchen, modern and equipped, combines furniture in white with vintage details and a cosy breakfast area.

In this area, there is also a courtesy toilet.

The apartment was wonderful. Great layout for our family of eight. The common area was large and comfortable. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable. It is in a great location, a short walk to the Sevilla cathedral and plaza de España. Many great restaurants nearby.
