Je souhaitais vous adresser mon mécontentement concernant ma prise de possession de l appartement. Personne nous a averti qu il fallait récupérer les clefs à un endroit différent de l appartement résultat nous sommes répartis avec les bagages à plus de 25mn de marche sans savoir exactement où. Nous avons appelé Abritel pour expliquer notre inquiétude personne n à pris la peine de débloquer la situation. Je suis déçue du manque d implication j aurais aimé plus de sollicitude.
