We were here for six weeks and loved it so much we booked another six weeks for next year! The location is perfect… accessible to everything but quiet. The apartment is comfortable, well designed and clean. Maria was very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Totally enjoyed our visit to Seville, aside from the time spent dodging rain drops. Fortunate to find a VRBO property that checked off all the boxes regarding accommodation. Very attentive and responsive host that got back to us in a very timely manner when we reached out. Property itself included everything that one would want when away from home except for a laundry basket, a consideration if staying for an extended period of time. A word of caution for those who might have problems navigating stairs. The climb to the master bedroom could be challenging. Having said that, there are 2 other bedrooms on the main level. Overall, would absolutely return without any hesitation. Steven & Maggie

Check in w mgr, María, was easy and thorough. Apt was spacious, well appointed and clean. Location was convenient to city center and next door to triana. Our group of six adults had a great stay there. I highly recommend it. Try the cooking class at triana mercado. 5 min away!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was ideal, near to the river and Triana, the cathedral and palace, Museum de Belles Artes...never had to use an Uber or public transportation. This is one of the most beautiful and walkable cities I have been to.

This wonderful apartment allowed five adults traveling together to have enough space to spread out and enjoy the three separate bedrooms and common areas. Unlike many apartments in large Euro cities this one has a lot of square footage and lovely outdoor terrace. Would highly recommend.

We had a very enjoyable five day stay in Maria's apartment. It is tastefully decorated, clean and well appointed. The location is great and an easy walk to the old town and also the river and Triana. The terrace was nice for breakfast or relaxing in the evening. Maria made check in easy and provided useful info for our stay. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again next time we are in Seville.

The apartment was better than the listing pictures! It is a spacious multi-level apartment in a great location, immaculate with a lot of little extra touches that made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Maria is a great host, easy to communicate, and even helped us to secure parking when our transaction wouldn’t go through. What a joy it was to stay here, and wished we could have stayed longer.

The Prada Penthouse was in a great neighborhood within walking distance of all that Seville has to offer. The apartment was well appointed and situated above an amazing Italian/Pizza restaurant. Maria was waiting for us there when we arrived and gave detailed information on everything we needed to know for a great experience in Seville. Highly recommended.

Beautiful duplex apartment in great location. Convenient to walk to all major attractions. Apartment is very well maintained. Every room was very clean with modern amenities and was the perfect space for our family. Maria was so easy to communicate with and gave us great suggestions on how to spend our two days in Seville. We were all delighted by our welcome to an amazing apartment! Lots of space and everything we needed. Excellent location in walking distance of local and tourist attractions, close to the river, Cathedral, Palace, Triana and shops and supermarket. Amenities were really good in the apartment. Very welcoming, friendly and extremeley helpful! We all really loved our time in Seville.

This apartment is truly excellent - the owner has gone above and beyond to provide a comfortable and stylish environment. It was spotlessly clean and so many extras were provided such as laundry soap, shampoo and coffee. Maria met us on entry and was very helpful in showing us the apartment and telling us about the area. The location was fantastic within walking distance to many of the sights and great restaurants. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment - it was excellent!

We were exceedingly pleased with the Prada Penthouse apartment. It is very spacious and comfortable; the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing breakfast each day; and the apartment is within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see in Seville.
