The apartment features two bedrooms, the master with a double bed and the second with a single bed, both designed to ensure comfort and restful nights. It also has two fully equipped bathrooms with modern showers.

The open-plan kitchen is compact yet fully equipped and connects seamlessly with the cozy living room, tastefully decorated to provide a warm and welcoming space. From the living room, guests can access the stunning private terrace, perfect for relaxing or enjoying an al fresco meal, with spectacular views of Seville’s skyline.

The location is truly exceptional. Just a few steps away are the city’s main monuments, such as the Cathedral, the Royal Alcázar, the Giralda, the Archivo de Indias, and many more. Mateos Gago Street is also the natural gateway to the charming Santa Cruz neighborhood, the most historic and picturesque area of Seville.

We really enjoyed our stay in Seville. The apartment was just as described and the location and view of the cathedral is amazing. The AC worked great. However, the elevator was not working at times and the unit is on the fourth floor. There also was a bad odor coming from the sink drain in the bathroom.

The good: AMAZING VIEW! Good size place with 2 bathrooms. Washer worked great and bed was good! Property management were on point with communication! The bad: nothing in the control of the management. The city would occasionally do a mini blackout so they had to reset the boxes a couple of times but all in all it was fine because management came over quickly to reset it. We would definitely love to stay here again. This was probably our favorite spot if all the other VRBOs we stayed at. Would highly recommend staying here!
