10 minute walk to bus station and 15 minute walk to cathedral. Nice quiet area and room overlooking street lined with orange trees. Continental breakfast very good and lady serving was a sweetheart.

The hotel was basic and cleanliness in the rooms was acceptable. Old towels in bathroom's. Great friendly staff. Location was good you could walk to most tourist sites in 10-15 minutes. Overall a good hotel at a good price. The major downside was the walls were so thin you are disturbed by your neighbours shower/bathroom and bedroom habits.

Centrally located, clean and comfy beds
Two of us stayed here for two nights for the football. Well located, just a sort walk from the bus station and all the sights of this beautiful city are within a short walk but on a back street so really quiet. Comfy beds, very clean and staff are really friendly. It's not a place for a romantic weekend and on fairness probably isn't aimed at that market but as a good, centrally located and clean place to stay with friends it's absolutely ideal to see Seville. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and if going back on the same type of visit I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel
Excellent hotel, good bed, shower and bathroom and even a balcony overlooking a cozy quite street. Only point is an optional duvet would be nice as the bed is under the aircon so it can get cold if you have that on

I could not have asked for better! The staff was always friendly and spoke English. The room was clean and had everything I needed and the size was good. Nice view from the little balcony and the blackout shade helped when I needed an afternoon nap. I walked to everywhere I wanted to go easily so the location was perfect. Absolutely fantastic!

I like everything, we came at 2 a.m they check us in in 2 min. Room is very nice and clean. Air-conditioning works good. Service excellent as well as breakfast. Good job.

Perfect for a short stay
Our third stay at this small and friendly hotel. Ideal for a short stay in Seville. Walking distance to all the main sights and only a few minutes from the bus station. Very friendly and spotlessly clean. Will return again!

Wonderful little hotel
We love these little hotels in the middle of the cities. They feel more authentic than the larger chain hotels. This hotel was comfortable (even though we had two twin beds) and we had a pretty view out our window of a small tree lined road. Breakfast is good

Excellent breakfast included in my price. Room was big and spacious. Location was near to all facilities but very quiet. Staff were healthful, friendly and efficient. A really great one-dear hotel!

Hotel located in a quiet area within the old town and 5 minutes walk from the Plaza de Armas Bus Station (the airport bus terminal) so quick and easy to get to. Friendly and helpful staff and a spotlessly clean and recently decorated room of a good size. Common areas likewise in good condition. Negative points if being picky, the bed was not the most comfortable I've slept in and the towels are rather industrial in their exfoliating ability. That said, I'd stay there again. It's the first time in many years where I've stayed in a room with no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and, while not listed in the hotel info, adding this service would be great for future guests.

Everyone there was enthusiastic and patient and cordial and professional. Location is prime: near everything but tucked away, no street noise problems. Minimal set up: desk and chair, closet with a few hangers, beds, TV with Spanish cable, adorable balcony!, shower stall, all the bathroom things. Trendy lobby with local artists' paintings and breakfast served there as well. It's a great deal! For you fellow Americans: you'll need plug adapters.

Nice mini break
We were very welcomed and we got helped with getting to the parking. The room was not big but had what we needed. Bed was a little too soft for me but I guess that it personal to each individual. Was suhhested a nice place to dine taoas etc and it did not disappoint.

Very clean and accommodating throughout our stay during the pandemic. Very hot outside so it was really nice to be able to come to the room with cold air from the A/C. The A/C worked amazing and that was a big plus for me

Excellent superior 1 star hotel highly recommended
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is really nice too, not too far from main central attractions and 10 minutes walk from train and bus station. Has a small breakfast on offer for 6 euros, but lots of coffee shops minutes away. Very quite at night and bed is super comfy. It’s one star but is far superior than that. I would definitely stay again or recommend it!

Excellent value for money.
Good location, quiet but close to the river and 20-25 minutes walk to the main historical sights. Many places to enjoy tapas and a drink nearby. Continental breakfast but with fresh orange juice! Not common in 3 star hotels.

The staff was very friendly, especially the woman that served the breakfast. However, we could hear a lot of commotion late at night and early in the morning from them. Room was clean and we did not have any other issues.

Can understand while this hotel is 1 Star which I have never stayed in before. Nothing wrong with the room itself but the noise all night from the neighbouring rooms due to thin walls and the horribly loud receptionist then work going nag on while it’s still dark outside and street noise. Don’t stay here if you would like to sleep. No fancy facilities here, no kettle for coffee. Balcony was damaged and slanted forward and damaged tiles so couldn’t use it. Bedding was cheap and nasty so had a hot and sweaty sleep well the few minutes we got between all the noise.

Room is small but location is good
The hotel room is small but clean at least. Location is good and main sightseeing places are within 15 minutes’ walk. There are quite some different restaurants around and great foods and parking space can also be found in Mercado de Triana. The service is acceptable.

An absolute gem of a hotel. Yes - One star but I have stayed in a lot worse 3 start hotels. I cannot believe this has a One star rating! Close to bus station so handy for airport bus, Hotel Madrid is just 15 minute walk from the busy riverside area too and then just a few minutes more to the main sites. A fabulous English pub - The Merchant is just a few yards away too. Fantastic service from the staff and a great little basic breakfast served to to you personally each morning that sets you up great for the day. Yes the staff do not speak much English but this was no problem. Hotel Madrid is a great budget hotel with clean, warm rooms, great shower and just perfect for a couple night's stay! Recommend!
