This cozy apartment was the perfect place to stay when my wife and I visited Sevilla. We were within walking distance of all the cultural attractions, phenomenal restaurants, grocery stores, and the river. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
Stayed for mother and daughter vacation. Very nice apartment and nice size. Air conditioning worked great in the brutal heat of summer. Apartment was close to everything.
The apartment’s location is incredible. Everywhere you turn hosts a cafe, shops, grocery, historical landmarks and great people watching. The management company in charge of the space was exceptionally easy to work with and accommodated my schedule with ease. I would absolutely stay here again and I thoroughly enjoyed the apartment space and amenities enormously. Thank you again!

Hosts, Genteel Homes, specifically Alba, were wonderful, greeted us and gave us a brief orientation of the place. Would 100% come back, and hopefully will in the future.
My husband and I loved this apartment. It was so beautiful, clean and comfortable. It also had a lot of old-world charm, but all the modern conveniences. It is in the heart of Seville in a historic neighborhood, and we enjoyed being resident for a few days. It's easy walking distance to the center of town where all restaurants are. Check in and management communications was easy. Would definitely stay here again.
My wife and I had a lovely stay at this flat in Sevilla. You couldn’t ask for a better location, just minutes from all the beautiful sites yet off the beaten path lending to a quiet stay. Very comfortable well equipped flat.
I’ve never rented from Genteel-Homes before but will make it first choice next time we’re in Spain. They went above and beyond making our stay as comfortable as possible. Half way into our trip they came in and replaced all the linens and cleaned the flat!
They assigned us a concierge, Alex who gave us wonderful recommendations from the best Flamenco performance to their favorite restaurants.

We loved the apartment so much! It was decorated so beautifully and had everything we needed. It is located on a very narrow street so driving is tough but the location was ideal. No car is needed. Walking distance to the cathedral and everything else you could imagine. Bring your toiletries, they have everything else. Didn’t want to leave!
We loved this space so much! We were allowed to check in early and were met at the apartment by someone from the management team. She recommended places to eat and shop and was very accommodating. The location is perfect- we were in walking distance to the Cathedral (a couple of blocks) and tons of places to eat and shop. The apartment was clean and spacious and so so comfortable. We were in Spain for 10 days and on this part of our trip we were exhausted. So it was nice to have a cozy, beautiful, comfortable place to rest and reset for a bit. Would definitely stay here again!!
We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is located in the atmospheric Barrio de Santa Cruz neighborhood. The area has a feeling of stepping back into medieval times with its very narrow cobblestone narrow streets. However, you are still only a few minutes walk from central Seville and all its restaurants, shops, and sights. The apartment is beautifully renovated and furnished. It has a separate bedroom, living room, and kitchenette. There is even a washing machine. The property management company was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend this quality place.
My husband and I stayed at this comfortable and charming apartment for three nights at the end of a 12 day trip to Spain. It is centrally located; close to everything we wanted to see, and more! Communication with the rental company was friendly, consistent, timely, simple, and informative. All of our communications and questions about arrivals and departures were followed up immediately, which was so appreciated. The apartment was as described in photos, and we enjoyed the extra touches like toiletries, a hairdryer, extra towels, and even coffee for the mornings. They made it easy for us to acclimate to Seville - Carlos, the representative who met us at the apartment, was great as he described various activities we could do, gave us names of some places to eat, showed us how to use the keys for the apartment, and answered any questions we might have. We recommend this apartment to anyone who wishes to stay in Seville.
Nous sommes arrivés tard et il a fallu payer 50€ pour cette procédure d’arrivée tardive . La personne qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique et professionnelle . L’appartement en tant que tel situé dans le centre historique et peu facile d’accès en voiture . Il est à quelques minutes de la cathédrale . L’immeuble et l’appartement étaient remplis d’une odeur assez désagréable et tenace . La peinture a l’intérieur est défraîchie , l’équipement est minimal (pas de machine nespresso mais des capsules mises à disposition …) et le parquet n’est pas très en forme . On entend très bien les voisins d’ailleurs , dans l’immeuble et à l’extérieur . L’appartement est au 1er étage d’une rue étroite et le son résonne .
