Apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with a large living room and a comfortable sofa bed. Reformed in December 2019 with luxury qualities. Kitchen with all high quality appliances and perfectly equipped. Balcony with large window that illuminates the large living room. Located in the best area of Seville. Next to the monuments and the Guadalquivir river. Perfect place for those people who want more than just an apartment to sleep if not a special place to spend a few days to remember their visit to Seville. In Triana, and 5 minutes walk from the Torre del Oro and La Maestranza, Santa Cruz, Alcázar and Cathedral (10 min), Plaza de España (15min).
House rules:
To hang clothes, use the laundry room, not the terrace. Parties cannot be held. It is not allowed to smoke

This apartment is a large, bright, clean space with a well stocked kitchen. Lots of amenities close byny.

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The property is very much as pictured in the photos. Rooms are relatively large and comfortable. Location is excellent-a 5 min walk across the bridge to the historic district and another 5 min to the cathedral. We walked everywhere. Our check in was a minor issue as the weather was bad and we were stuck on the rain waiting for the hosts rep to arrive-but that wasn’t his fault. The property management company was very responsive with all of our requests. The only issue we had was paying for the rental. The link provided would not work. Speculation is that because we were paying a large amount for five weeks, our payment would not process with link provided. So we did a wire transfer in the end and it worked. We would rent this unit again.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passés un séjour très agréable dans un appartement conforme aux photos présentes sur le sites. Marcio nous a très bien accueilli, avec gentillesse et humour dans un immeuble très calme . Très pratique grâce aux commerces de proximité. En bref, de bonnes vacances avec de belles visites de Séville et ses alentours.
