Appartement à rénover

Appartement extrêmement bien situé en plein coeur du centre historique. Des travaux de rénovation sont à prévoir : baignoire rouillée, pommeau de douche fêlé, peinture des murs entrée et salon écaillée, joints de cuisine réparés avec du scotch noir, etc.. Rien à dire sur les 2 chambres et la propreté générale. Rapport qualité prix un peu décevant.

Lamentable

Segunda y última que reservo a través de esta aplicación. Es un timo, las fotos no se asemejan con lo que te encuentras después, el piso lleno de humedades, el calefactor sin funcionar, ni una manta en los armarios para el frío y el secador más de lo mismo no funcionaba, la puerta de baño no cerraba y las sábanas olían como si no las hubiesen cambiado. Por no hablar de la cocina que nos encontramos la cafetera colocada y una botella de Coca Cola con a saber que dentro de la nevera Las fotos de la casa en general nada tiene que ver con el apartamento.

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit Dachterrasse.

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber hat alles was man benötigt. Highlight ist die Dachterrasse. Leider war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter am Ende nicht gut, da mir 7€ zu viel abgebucht wurden, er auf meinen Hinweis aber nicht mehr reagiert hat.

Esta muy bien situado, para realizar visitas, todo lo que es turístico se puede realizar a pie en pocos minutos. El problema es que es un piso un poco viejo pero tampoco tendría importancia si estuviese con un buen mantenimiento, y bien arreglado.
