Pros: The house was absolutely lovely, had everything we could have wanted. The remodel is tastefully & well done, the marble floors being welcome with the warm weather. Having all the stores & small restaurants close by was great. We enjoyed all the walking, good food, beautiful site seeing, etc., all within close range. Would highly recommend this home.

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed Easter in Seville. It was very picturesque and interesting, the atmosphere was great. The apartment was very comfortable and well located, we could walk to most tourist attractions. There were also plenty of restaurants and other facilities near by. There was plenty of information provided by the host to find our way around. Although the apartment is in the historic part of the city, the street itself was very quiet.

Pros: We stayed at this house when traveling to Sevilla in April 2011 with another family. We were four adults and two children (aged 4 and 5). The house fit us very comfortably, and offers a wonderful combination of modern conveniences (wi-fi, equipped kitchen), location, and affordability. When the temperature outside was nearing 30 degrees, the house stayed nice and cool, and very quiet. The owner, Mark, was very kind and helpful. After explaining the amenities of the house, he stayed to mark up a map with some of his favorite places, and even offered to arrange for a babysitter. We never needed to contact him, but I have no doubt that he would have gladly helped us if we needed something.
