Fantastic 2 bedroom penthouse-large terrace Seville / Triana: 2 bedroom apartment in the Triana district, located on Calle Juan de Pineda. It is an ideal apartment to enjoy and get to know Seville. It stands out for its fantastic terrace. It has high-speed Wi-Fi and A/C in the living room. It is also easy to park in the area for free.
You will find a hallway upon entering, a bedroom on your left with 2 single beds and a double bed. Following the hallway on your left is a comfortable living room with 2 sofas and a TV. At the end of the hallway is the kitchen. The kitchen has 2 plug-in electric hobs. Leaving the kitchen behind a door you have a patio where on the left is the bathroom and opposite another room with 2 single beds. All rooms have hot and cold AC. The house has Wi-Fi. In the patio you will find some stairs that lead you to a terrace ideal for enjoying the sun of Seville.
It is located in Triana, a more inland and authentic area.

The apartment was well equipped, large and clean, but its exact location was not correctly indicated at vrbo/fewo-direkt. It appeared to be much closer to the historic center than it actually was. Thus, we first went to the wrong address following the vrbo directions (Calle Flota 7) and in a call with a quite nice guy from the agency SevillaMoving were then told to come to Calle Juan de Pineda 34, which is another 20min walk, with all our luggage. However, the agency was reachable and we had a warm welcome for check-in at last.
15 minutes walk to the bridge into the old city, where there was great riverside restaurants, & from where it was easy to explore the old city centre of Seville

The apartment was not very fresh. While it wasn’t dirty, there was a stale smell. Also it was in two separate parts s
The worst experience we've ever had at a vrbo. I had asked to check in at 12:30 but at 11, a guy texted me telling me would only wait until noon then he would leave and come back at 3 to let us in. When we arrived, there was no central A/C, and the fan above in the living room didn't work. The guy who opened the door and went over the place, told us to call management so they could fix the fan and the portable AC unit in the back. There was one room-wall unit that plugs in one room and the other in the living room. At the time we checked in, they were working so we didn't thing anything of it. I contacted management and left a message. I got a call back from someone who was at the beach and he told me he talked to the owner and that they would send a powerful fan, I told them a fan was going to blow hot air and that we needed an AC unit that worked. About an hour later we got a message from Maria, who said she would stop by and bring a powerful fan but this would have to be later when she was available (7;30 pm). Meanwhile it's over 92 degrees in the room. She showed up with a fan and told us they would have an electrician come by the next day and install a working AC unit in the back room. We ended up putting the mattresses from that room in the living room so the kids could sleep. In the middle of the night the power went out. We had no AC. The fuse breaker couldn't handle both wall units and it would shut off.

Las habitaciones estaban limpias, y el apartamento en general también ,pero había un problema con el baño, que al ducharte se salía todo el agua por el sumidero, inimaginable después de 5 personas que éramos, y nadie nos dijo nada.La ubicación que aparece en la página web no corresponde con la real, y no era mala zona, pero estaba más alejado de donde aparece.Fueron muy amables al esperarnos para recoger las llaves tarde.

La perdona que debia hacer el cheking se marchó y nos dijo que debiamos ir a recoger las llaves a la agencia. Al hanlar con otros de sus compañeros que luy amable.ente solucionaron el problema, nos enteranis de que el dia 12 la agencia esraba cerrada y no había nadie. Me pareció un choteo por oarte de Luís. Todo quedo en anecdota y la estancia fue bien (la casa, las camas, el baño, etc,..).
