Beautiful Seville

After getting used to the Bluetooth door opener,we loved the property and it is close to most places by foot.The old town and gardens just around the corner.Highly recommended.

Perfect location, the apartment is exactly as described

This apartment is located right on the edge of the Santa Cruz neighborhood in Seville. It is exactly as depicted in photos and described on this site. Upon arrival, we were met by Maria, who was waiting for us at the parking location, as we arrived by rental car. She showed us where to park and lead us to the apartment which is a short distance away. Once we arrived, we were given a tour of the space and a map of the city. She patiently sat down with us and gave us plenty of recommendations of sites to visit, restaurants to try and things to avoid. We happened to arrive during the week when the King of Spain was to arrive in town, which made driving nearly impossible, therefore she recommended that we leave the car parked and see the city on foot or by bike, which was an excellent idea in hindsight! We highly recommend this apartment. You cannot go wrong with the location! Thank you Jose and especially Maria!

Sad to say, but stay away...you can find better in Barrio Santa Cruz

We are long-standing users of VRBO in several countries without complaint. This rental was a big disappointment. First and foremost, we were not informed prior to arrival that there was ongoing construction on the premises. Nothing but problems with this apartment, mostly because the owner/manager refused to take responsibility for the issues we encountered. Coming and going through the common area of the building required walking through the noise, dirt, and clouds of dust of a construction jobsite. Mornings and afternoons were accompanied by the sounds of hammers, chisels and electric tools,. The fumes of drying paint rising up the stairwell were obnoxious. When leaving for dinner on the final night, the light switches in the stairwell had been disconnected, so it was on us to negotiate two flights of stairs in pitch dark — unsafe and dangerous! Inside the apt. the wifi worked in only two rooms, and the mattresses were poor with springs felt throughout the bed. For all of this they want how many euros per night? Pretty sure you get the picture. VRBO and potential clients take note.

Perfect location

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It was walking distance to most everything we wanted to visit. Near many bars and restaurants, beautiful parks and squares. A little noisy at night but worth it for the atmosphere and central location.

Good location but could do better

We use apartments quite frequently on city breaks and have come to expect certain standards and features. This apartment was OK, but there were niggles. From a cleanliness point of view, we found long black hairs in the bathroom, and a towel hanging in the shower was stained, so we weren't sure if it was clean or not. Also, items such as an empty box of tissues would indicate that not a lot of care went into the pre-rental clean. We arrived when it was uncharacteristically cold and wet in Seville, and the apartment was very cold when we got there. I tried to put the heating on, but there were no instructions how to set it, and the day and time were all wrong on the timer. I resolved it by looking at Youtube, but it would have been good to have instructions available. Similarly, it's fairly standard to have some sort of user guide to an apartment and for there to be a list of local stores/restaurants recommended by the owners. We had none of this, although in their defence I should add that there are many good eateries wihin a few minutes walk. Towels and bed linen all felt a bit worn out. The only contact we had with the owners was via e mail or text, which is fine, but it would have been nice to meet somebody at the outset. The keyless entry system, where the door to the building and apartment is opened by an app on a smartphone is pretty neat, but do take the physical keys with you too if you go out, as one one occasion, neither my own, or my wife's phone, would open the building door. There is a lot of choice of apartment in Seville, as well as some great hotels, so it's a shame that this didn't meet our expectations.

My first visit to Sevilla.

Enjoyed my stay. Location is great. Electronic check in a tad difficult but it all worked in the end. If you aren’t used to that sort of thing it can be daunting. We had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you!

Muy centrico y con aparcamiento.

Destacaría su inmejorable situación y que dispone de aparcamiento muy importante si se va en coche como era nuestro caso. Es una alojamiento sencillo pero agradable. Como como cosas a mejorar la limpieza de la cocina y menaje, también algo mas de vajilla, especialmente tazas. Tampoco estaría mal poner colchones nuevos.

Great Location!

Great location to see the sights of Centro Seville! Clean, but only one roll of toilet paper for 3 people for a week? Twin beds were fine for the kids, double was smaller than expected with only a body pillow. Wifi only works in front of the house. We had to stay together, since key and convenient wireless access worked for the building, but only the wireless worked to get in the front door. Only had wireless on one phone. Water pressure in shower was low, but got nice and hot! Loved the neighborhood!

Visite Séville !

l'appartement est spacieux, propre et agréable, dans un quartier sympathique, prêt des lieux de visite. Commercants ok. Les fenêtres sur rue ne sont pas insonorisées (chambre !) ; très bruyant le soir assez tard et tôt le matin. Système de clef électronique non précisé dans l'annonce, n'ai rencontré personne. Dommage qu'aucune solution de consigne bagage ne soit conseillée.

Perfectly located spot in Seville

This very comfortable apartment is in a perfect location, close to the cool shaded park near Alcazar but also only a block or two from the busy cobbled streets and cafes and flamenco spots. One of the highlights for us during our short stay was our stroll to the Plaza de Espana. Our host was also very nice and helpful and provided parking close by, which is a huge and apparently unusual benefit of this apartment.

l'appartement est extrêmement bien situé et accessible. Il est suffisamment en retrait pour le bruit. Par contre, le problème qui a été déjà signalé demeure: les 2 matelas individuels sont de très mauvaise qualité (les ressorts sont saillants) et le matelas double est de qualité assez moyenne. Ce n'est pas correct et digne du standing de cet appartement. Par ailleurs, l'indispensable pour la cuisine (sucre ...) n'est pas très soigné. Nous avons fait malgré tout un bon séjour .

Fantastic stay

We loved the apartment and had an amazing stay in Seville. The apartment is close to all the main sites, a short and interesting walk to spectacular venues. Restaurants and tapas bars abound within a few minutes walk of the apartment. The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable and Laura was very gracious and helpful on our arrival. Taxis are available just around the corner but we only needed one at the end of our stay. Everything is walkable so don't even consider renting car. Fantastic place to vacation and we were sad to leave. Thank you, Laura and Jose Antonio.

Perfect location. So close to everything. The Alacazar, the cathedral, bars, restaurants

Friendly host with good recommendations. Located very close to the action but not too noisy. Could walk everywhere in just a few minutes. Parking was convenient nearby in the garage prebooked with the host. Would happily stay there again.

Très bon séjour en plein centre de Seville

L'appartement est idéalement placé, tout peut se visiter à pied. Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel, peut-être pas beaucoup de vaisselle mais à Seville il faut manger dans les nombreux bars ou restaurants à proximité ! Très bon séjour en tout cas, une adresse à retenir
