Real de la Carretería 1.2 is an apartment designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in its two bedrooms. Bright, vibrant, and lovingly decorated with tasteful materials such as wood, natural and warm textiles, natural-fiber rugs, and designer lighting to create the atmosphere of your choice. It has a fabulous orientation that allows you to enjoy natural light for many hours a day and a general feeling of spaciousness, freshness, and relaxation.

The entryway leads to the main living area, which is visually divided by a large partition wall that separates the living, TV, and lounge areas from the dining room and kitchen. This architectural solution keeps the spaces open and connected, ensuring they remain bright while maintaining visual separation.

The living area features a large sofa, two coffee tables, a pair of comfortable armchairs upholstered in mineral-toned fabrics, accent furniture, and several light fixtures. Adjacent to this is a spacious dining room with a large ethnic-style sideboard and a central wooden table that seats 8 guests. The living room opens onto the high street through a large window with a balcony.

On the other side of the room is the kitchen, which is open to the living room and integrated naturally and functionally into the space. It is a high-end kitchen with ample storage space and a generous worktop area, equipped with high-quality appliances.

A small hallway leads to the sleeping area, where the two bedrooms are located. The master bedroom invites you to relax the moment you walk through the door, with its minimalist, uncluttered style and the large bed that takes centre stage—a 180 x 200 sleeping system designed for your enjoyment. It also features a small desk with a chair that can serve as a workspace or vanity area, a large floor-to-ceiling closet, and a chest of drawers with two beautiful classic-style lamps that break up the bedroom’s almost monastic atmosphere. It also features a full en-suite bathroom equipped with a double sink, a rain shower, and designer fixtures and finishes.

The second bedroom, of similar size, features two comfortable single beds, a desk, and a spacious closet to keep luggage and clothing neatly organised.
