Stay on a 140 acre farm in the only camping dome shelter location in the Smoky Mountains and get back to nature! Look out the windows at the forest, mountaintop and sky. Relax on the little porch and enjoy the warm propane fire pit. Lay down in the comfy queen sized bed and drift off to sleep while watching the beauty of the night sky!
The space
Come visit this unique camping dome in the Smoky Mountains! See the night sky from your bed and enjoy being close to nature. This is a Glamping experience. Glamping is luxurious camping with more modern amenities like electricity, finished floors, beautiful views, and comfortable furnishings, but it is still camping. The domes are not insulated so it can get hot during the day in the summer and cold at night in the winter. There is an A/C unit and a heater in the unit, as well as a heated blanket, but similar to camping, expect the weather to be a factor. Explore Tennessee by day and relax in your dome at night. The dome has a large bay window and several sky windows. You’ll find a barn with an apartment, a tiny house, and three other domes on the property. Inside the barn, we have indoor showers and bathrooms. There is also a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker available for all guests to use.Additionally, we also have an outdoor shower, but it will be shut off during winter months. There is also a propane fireplace to enjoy s'mores or hotdogs at night.

PET POLICY: We are pet friendly and understand pets are part of the family. We gladly welcome our guests traveling with pets. There will be a $20 fee per stay for each pet. Pet's MAY NOT be left unattended in the dome or on the property. Guests are liable for any damages done by their animal during their stay.
Guest access
Dome, porch and propane fire pit are just for you. Park in the gravel driveway right near the dome. Shower and portable toilet are shared if there are guests in the the other domes and tiny house.
Other things to note
The dome is not insulated so it can get hot during the day in the summer and cold at night in the winter. There is an A/C unit and a heater in the dome, as well as a heated blanket, but similar to camping, expect the weather to be a factor.

Verizon is the only service provider that works here. We do provide Wi-fi on site, but it is spotty around the property, but can be used to check email or send imessages. If you are unable to access Wi-Fi at your dome, you can use the guest area in the passway of the barn to access a stronger WiFi signal.

There is no plumbing inside the domes. Bathrooms and showers are provided onsite and are shared with other guests.

Quiet getaway

My husband and I loved this place. We love finding places like this. It was out of the hustle and bustle of hell week. Quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay again and recommend to other couples.

Wonderful glamping experience!

The property was beautiful! Everything was as described or better. Beautiful sleeping quarters and extra amenities on the property. Sleeping area was bigger than I expected and fit me and my girls with room the spare. We came on a chilly week but the heaters worked well. Location was great! Highly recommend!

Awesome glamping experience!

The perfect location for stargazing when it wasn’t cloudy. The dome was perfect and just as described. This is perfect for a weekend getaway. Although the weather was a little cold, there were plenty of warming options which we were so thankful for! The bathrooms and showers were clean and definitely a unique experience. Would definitely love to come again!

The stay was a good experience, it was very secluded and it is perfect for someone who is looking for a stay away from the city by the mountains. The night time was pitch dark with almost no lights and could have maintained the dome better with a better upkeep. Suggestions to put some cute string lights and drive way solar lights h.

AMAZING

I was a little unsure at first with having the showers and bathrooms in the barn but when my husband and I arrived I was amazed at how clean it was and it was the perfect size. The sheets, towels and shower robes smelled absolutely amazing!! The barn was great!! My husband and I will definitely return very soon! This is now in my favorites list!

Great Mountain Stay

We were very impressed with the dome. It was just as represented in the pictures. We went during a colder time , but there were plenty of heat sources to use in the dome, so we had the view and feel of being outside with the comfort of being warm. The host provided little extra touches as well, that were unexpected. Supplies to make to 2 smores, bathrobes, towels, firewood, firewood starter, charcoal, etc. Very peaceful and quiet location not far from the attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Will definitely stay again when going to the area :)

Wedding Night Glamping!

Couldn’t have been better!! It was better than the pictures and super clean! I’m a little of a germaphobe but our dome was magnificent and didn't feel unclean one bit. My HUSBAND and I enjoyed our wedding night snuggled up all cozy watching the stars through the dome port holes. There’s even more positive things I could say but I’ll leave it at that. We will definitely be planning a visit in the near future to make more amazing memories! Thank you for the perfect wedding night glamping experience we will never forget!

We had a wonderful time here. Coziest bed I’ve ever been in! The heated blanket was perfect for the cold night. We did not sleep cold at all. Would love to come back in the future. The host responded to any messages promptly and was a great host!

Overall a good stay. If you want luxury and convenience this may not be for you. If you want peace and quiet and amazing nights under the stars while keeping the camping vibe then this is the spot!!! Has all the amenities needed to maintain for however long. All in all will probably book here again in the future, they also have barn cats who greet you upon arrival. Best part of our stay.

Weekend retreat

This is a really awesome experience! My Fiancé and I both love camping and for her birthday we stayed here for 1 night only. I wish I didn’t have to leave. So peaceful, with access to bathrooms and showers. Much needed time away and we enjoyed every minute of it. Definitely will return!

Honeymoon Getaway

We decided to extend our honeymoon and go to Tennessee for a few days! This was AMAZING for my husband and I! We loved the dome, it was super clean! Since it was July1-3, it was very hot during the day but super comfortable at night!!! The showers and restrooms were very clean and accessible, just a short minute walk from our dome! We are definitely going back and would recommend anyone trying this!
